1. شروط الاسترجاع
نقبل إرجاع المنتجات غير المستخدمة وغير التالفة في غضون 7 ايام من تاريخ التسليم. يجب أن تكون المنتجات في عبوتها الأصلية ومع تقديم إثبات الشراء. المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو استخدامها أو تغييرها ليست مؤهلة للاسترجاع.

2. عملية الاسترداد
للشروع في عملية الاسترجاع، يرجى التواصل معنا من خلال حساباتنا على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي مثل إنستغرام أو ماسنجر، مع ذكر رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع. بمجرد الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع، ستتلقى التعليمات اللازمة لإرجاع المنتج.
عند استلام المنتج المرتجع، سيقوم فريقنا بفحصه للتأكد من توافقه مع معايير الإرجاع. بمجرد الموافقة، سنقوم بمعالجة عملية الاسترداد إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية الخاصة بك في غضون 10 أيام عمل.

3. المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة
إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو به عيب، يرجى التواصل معنا في غضون 7 أيام من تاريخ التسليم. سنقوم بترتيب استبداله أو رد المبلغ حسب الحالة.

4. تكاليف الشحن للاسترجاع
يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الاسترجاع إلا إذا كان السبب هو تلف المنتج أو استلام منتج غير صحيح. في هذه الحالة، ستتحمل Homaz تكاليف الشحن.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unused and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact us through our social media accounts, such as Instagram or Messenger, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, Homaz will cover the return shipping expenses.
